RATES
Hourly rate is $550.00 per hour / divided by the TWO parties,
$650.00 per hour / divided by the THREE parties,
$750.00 per hour / divided by the FOUR or more parties.
The time billed will include all time spent in mediation sessions (minimum of four (4 ) hours and any preparation. Preparation may include but is not limited to review of submitted summaries, pre-mediation phone conferences with counsel, review of court filings. All time spent on your case will be billed at the set hourly rate.
If the case exceeds the minimum fee for the time reserved, the parties guarantee payment for any remaining balance.
